Nia oversees the HR provision across the EH Group with a focus on ensuring our HR framework is aligned to the work we do and the care we provide. With a strategic focus, Nia is responsible for optimising our HR support, guiding the ethos of our employment practices and embedding a culture of respect, transparency, accountability and innovation.
“With over 25 years HR experience across a range of sectors and most recently a global child protection charity, I take pride in leading the delivery of professional and collaborative HR support. This includes organisational development, change management, workforce planning and recruitment, employee engagement, relations, recognition and reward initiatives. Being part of the EH Group has allowed me to connect my expertise to my community and given me the opportunity to work with an incredible team of passionate and driven care professionals.
Spending time with my family and friends usually involves something water based, and whenever possible I enjoy open water swimming and exploring the Pembrokeshire coast.”
