Abbi is new to the role of Operational Administrator, but has worked with the Company for a long time in various positions from Support Worker to Team Leader.
“My job role is varied, and every day is different, I am involved in supporting the operations team and supporting HR.
I get involved with planning events and projects for the service users as well as being involved with the training of our fantastic team of support workers. I also train our staff on epilepsy, buccolam administration and breakaways.
I have worked for Elliotshill as a Support Worker and as a Team Leader so have a vast knowledge of the roles.
In my spare time, I am currently studying for a law degree, I enjoy walks around the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast but most weekends you will find me either travelling the country to different dance competitions with my youngest daughter or in the swimming pool with my eldest daughter.”
