“I have been an Area Manager for 3 years. My favourite part of the role is being able to get stuck in with the running of the business systems as well as developing and supporting my team and customers.
When I am not supporting Elliotshill you will find me either doing house DIY or trying out new activities such as surfing and escape rooms!”
Operational Administrator
Abbi is new to the role of Operational Administrator, but has worked with the Company for a long time in various positions from Support Worker to Team Leader.
“My job role is varied, and every day is different, I am involved in supporting the operations team and supporting HR.
I get involved with planning events and projects for the service users as well as being involved with the training of our fantastic team of support workers. I also train our staff on epilepsy, buccolam administration and breakaways.
I have worked for Elliotshill as a Support Worker and as a Team Leader so have a vast knowledge of the roles.
In my spare time, I am currently studying for a law degree, I enjoy walks around the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast but most weekends you will find me either travelling the country to different dance competitions with my youngest daughter or in the swimming pool with my eldest daughter.”
Accounts and Payroll Manager
Rhys has recently joined the team and covers all things Accounts and Payroll, working hard with both the staff and the customers to manage budgets.
Rhys enjoys spending time with his Golden Retriever, Millie and also enjoys going on a cruise whenever the opportunity arises – his favourite, is his most recent around the Greek Islands!
Customer Finance Manager
I always knew I wanted to be in a finance role as numbers have always been a strength of mine. I really enjoy making a difference with the customers and helping them to manage their money effectively. I love working for Elliotshill knowing that I am supporting our customers to live happy and fulfilling lives.
When I am not assisting those with finances I love to get in the garden and tend to my plants!

HR was never a career that I really thought about until the opportunity arose, but I really enjoy the diversity that this position brings and the knowledge that our work is truly worthwhile to the individuals that we support.
We have a great team here at Elliotshill and I’m pleased that I have remained working in a healthcare setting – albeit in a very different capacity to what I initially imagined!”
In my spare time I enjoy exploring the Cleddau Estuary on my kayak, trying to play tennis, and spending time with my family
HR Coordinator
Having worked briefly in HR previously, I knew that it was the interesting job for me. Working at Elliots Hill is brilliant as each day is different and you are on hand to help those that need it most.
The staff team here are fantastic and my aim is to ensure that they have all the tools and support they need to support our service users to the best of their ability.
Alongside my role here, I am also training to do Ironman Wales in September – wish me luck!

I was attracted to a role in HR because I felt there were lots of transferable skills from my military experience.
I am involved in the whole HR process, and no two days are the same. It is a fascinating role which I thoroughly enjoy.
