Summer Activity Review
It was a long hot enjoyable summer for us at elliotshill with many individual and group activities all enjoyed around Pembrokeshire.
Many memories have been captured with lots of pictures and just a few are shown below.
Carew castle fun day in July proved a highlight with a range of achievements including medieval knight training
Much group interest in stories about the old castle
More traditional activities like crabbing were also enjoyed and pieces of bacon proved to work well
Searching for interesting Bugs in hedgerows around the Carew estate was also popular
This activity proved very useful as we also had a separate bug hunting competition in Broadhaven during August
Many enthusiasts gathered as seen below
Collections included the following
Rachel won on the day and is shown below holding her victory trophy
Lots of planning already in place for the autumn and winter, with our legendary Halloween party first up on Saturday the 27th of October at Crundale Hall
