We are creating a new Home Care team and there is an opening for a Team Leader. We are looking for a self motivated individual with experience of delivering the highest levels of domiciliary/ home care.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a team to lone work effectively within the community. The role requires experience of compiling a rota, a flexible approach to working, able to prioritise workload and make amendments as needed. The role also requires other administrative duties such as, outcome monitoring, call monitoring, reviewing care plans and liaising with other agencies whilst ensuring you represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times .
You will report to our Service Outreach Manager, who will ensure you receive all the training and support needed to fulfil this role successfully
In order to respond to our Customers support needs, you will work on a rota basis which will include shifts in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
